• Set up a Jenkins pipeline that builds, tests and ships the college events app in Docker containers to AWS EC2.
• Wrote the Bash deploy scripts and moved images to S3; every merge to the main branch on Git now deploys itself.
• Deploys went from 20 minutes by hand to 4, with no failed release in the last semester.

• Wrote Terraform to stand up a three-node Kubernetes cluster on my laptop and deploy a two-service app to it.
• Added a Python script that checks pod health every minute and posts to a Telegram group when one fails.
