BananaJobz is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you get what you paid for
A Pro or Max pass is applied to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within seconds, and the Plan & usage page shows the new plan and its end date straight away. A receipt is emailed to the address on your account.
If a confirmed payment has not upgraded your account within 30 minutes, email support@bananajobz.com with your payment id. We will apply it or refund it in full.
