Terms of service

A set of tools for a job search: a job feed, match scores, resume analysis and tailoring, cover letters, a LinkedIn profile review, an application tracker, an AI copilot and a browser extension that fills application forms. Several of these use AI models to write or assess text.

• You need to be at least 16 to use BananaJobz.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
• Give accurate information. Do not use BananaJobz to misrepresent your skills, experience or qualifications to an employer — our tools are built not to invent them, and you must not add them yourself.

The Free plan costs nothing. Pro and Max are one-time passes for 7, 30 or 90 days, priced in Indian rupees on the Plan & usage page, and paid through Razorpay. A pass is not a subscription and does not renew. Each plan has monthly limits, shown before you buy; they reset on the first of each month (UTC). When a pass ends your account returns to Free and your data is kept.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy. We may change prices or limits for future passes; a pass you have already bought keeps what it was sold with until it ends.

Resumes, cover letters, answers and advice written by AI can be wrong or incomplete. Read and edit everything before you send it. You decide what goes to an employer, and you are responsible for it. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any outcome of an application.

Listings come from licensed job APIs and employers’ public job feeds. We do not employ anyone through BananaJobz and are not responsible for an employer’s listing, process or decision. Check a listing on the employer’s own site before relying on it.

• Do not try to get around plan limits, share an account, or resell access.
• Do not scrape, overload or attack the service, or use it to send spam.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will tell you why.

Your resumes, profile and documents remain yours. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can delete your account, and with it your data, at any time.

BananaJobz is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and we will email you about anything significant. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
