Questions people ask

How long should I prepare for an interview?

For a fresher role, a few focused hours across the week before is usually enough: your introduction, three stories, the HR questions and the company. Practising aloud matters more than reading.

What should I carry to an in-person interview?

Two printed copies of your résumé, an ID, a pen, and any certificates or mark sheets they asked for. Keep them in a folder so nothing is crumpled.

What if I do not know an answer?

Say so, briefly, and say how you would find out. “I haven’t used that yet; I’d start with the documentation and a small test” is a better answer than a guess.
