Does the notice period include weekends and holidays?
Usually yes: most notice clauses count calendar days, and that is what the calculator does. If your appointment letter says working days, count those instead.
Does counting start on the day I resign or the next day?
Companies differ, so the calculator shows both. Some count from the day the resignation is accepted; your appointment letter or HR policy says which.
Can I leave before my notice period ends?
Only if your employer agrees: an early release, sometimes with a buyout where the remaining days’ pay is adjusted, or leave you have left set off against the notice. Ask in writing, with a handover plan.
Notice period kaise calculate kare?
