“Hardworking” cannot be checked. A dashboard that saved a shop a day a week can.
Questions freshers ask
Career objective or summary: which should a fresher write?
Recruiters read both the same way: as two lines that say who you are and what you can do. Call the section “Summary” or “Career objective”, whichever the job site asks for, and write it like the examples above.
How long should a career objective be?
Two lines, about 30 to 50 words. If it runs to three lines, cut the goal first, then a skill.
Career objective in Hindi: resume me career objective kya likhe?
Do line likhiye: aapki degree aur saal, kaun sa role chahte hain, us role ki teen skills jo aapke paas sach mein hain, aur ek kaam jo aapne kiya. Jaise: “B.Com graduate (2025) aiming for an Accounts Executive role, skilled in Tally Prime, GST returns and Excel.” Résumé English mein hi rakhiye, jab tak job post Hindi na maange.
What should a fresher write in a Naukri profile summary?
The same thing, with room for a little more: the two lines above, then one more sentence on a second project or internship and the cities or work mode you want. Recruiters search profiles by role and skill words, so use the spelling job posts use. BananaJobz is not affiliated with Naukri.
Can I copy and paste these examples?
Copy the shape, then change every part to your own degree, skills and proof. A recruiter who has read the same line from ten applicants stops reading at the eleventh.
Should the objective change for every job?
Change the role and the skills to match each posting, but only to skills you really have. The proof can usually stay.
What about experienced candidates?
Swap the degree for your years and current role, and use a result someone paid you for as the proof. “Accounts Executive, 3 years, handling GST and TDS for 40 clients…” works better than any objective. Our resume summary guide has examples for 1 to 10 years.
