For a specific job, BananaJobz reorders and rephrases what is already in your resume so the parts that matter for that role come first. It never adds a skill, a number or a job you didn't give it. If a line can't honestly be made stronger, it is flagged for you instead.

A tailored resume counts once per job each month, however many times you regenerate it — opening the same job again doesn't use up your allowance.
