1. 1Tell me about yourself.

   Woh dekhte hain ki aap ek minute mein bata sakte hain ki aap kaun hain aur kya kiya hai. Naam aur degree, ek kaam aur uska nateeja, teen skills, aur yahan kyun apply kiya. Family aur hobbies nahi.

   Sample jawab“My name is Priya Raman. I graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science in 2025. In my final-year project I built a library app that our college library now uses to track 6,000 books. For this role I’d bring Java, Spring Boot and SQL, and I applied because your team builds the kind of backend systems I enjoyed working on most.”

2. 2Why should we hire you?

   Kya aapne job description padha hai? Post jo maangti hai, unmein se do-teen cheezein lijiye aur har ek ke saath ek kaam batayiye jo aapne kiya.

   Sample jawab“The posting asks for SQL, Excel and someone who can explain numbers to a sales team. I’ve used SQL and Power BI to build a sales dashboard for a local retailer, and the owner, who isn’t technical, used it every Monday. I’d like to do the same for your regional teams in my first few months.”

3. 3What are your strengths?

   Ek strength, ek example ke saath. “Hardworking” bolne se kuch sabit nahi hota; ek kaam batayiye jismein woh dikhe.

   Sample jawab“I’m good at explaining technical things simply. As placement coordinator for my branch, I wrote the notices for 30 company drives, and the number of students asking me the same question again dropped to almost none by the second month.”

4. 4What is your weakness?

   Sach mein ek kamzori, jo is kaam ke liye jaanleva na ho, aur aap use kaise theek kar rahe hain. “I am a perfectionist” sab bolte hain.

   Sample jawab“I used to freeze when presenting to large groups. In my final year I volunteered to present our project at the department review in front of about 80 people, and I now practise every talk aloud twice beforehand. It’s better, and I’m still working on it.”

5. 5Why do you want to join our company?

   Kya aapne company ke baare mein padha? Unke kaam ki ek specific baat bataiye jo aapko achhi lagi, aur woh aapke kaam se kaise judi hai.

   Sample jawab“I read that new joiners here spend their first six months rotating between testing and development. I enjoyed both in my projects and don’t yet know which I’m better at, so that rotation is exactly what I’m looking for.”

6. 6Where do you see yourself in five years?

   Kya aap yahan tikenge, aur aapka career ka koi plan hai? Is role mein seekhne aur aage badhne ki baat kariye; “aapki kursi par” jaise jawab nahi.

   Sample jawab“In the first two years I want to become someone the team trusts with a module on their own. After that I’d like to lead a small part of a project, maybe mentoring the freshers who join after me.”

7. 7What are your salary expectations?

   Fresher ke liye: company ka standard package ya job post ki range. Pehle role samajhiye; number tab bataiye jab woh poochein, aur range mein.

   Sample jawab“The drive notice mentioned the package for this role, and that works for me. I’m more focused on the training and the work in the first year.”

8. 8Are you okay with a service agreement (bond)?

   Bond ki shartein samajh kar haan ya na bolna. Kitne saal, todne par kitna paisa, kaun se documents rakhe jayenge: yeh poochna galat nahi hai.

   Sample jawab“Could you tell me how long the agreement is and what it covers? If it’s tied to the training period, I don’t see a problem, since I’m planning to stay longer than that anyway.”
